Great workshop for our 8 and 10 year old girls. They really enjoyed making robots and playing with them - they were super engaged and had a great hour. I think we will definitely come to another event.

My child recently took part in the Matris Robotics workshop, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The activities were thoughtfully structured, exciting, and perfectly suited to the students’ level. He picked up practical robotics skills without ever feeling overwhelmed, and had a great time throughout the sessions. The teachers were incredibly attentive and truly passionate about what they do, which made learning enjoyable and motivating for the kids. It was wonderful to see how much this environment helped him grow, his confidence, creativity, and ability to think through problems all noticeably improved. A wonderful program overall. I’d highly recommend it to any young learner curious about STEM or robotics.

My kid loved the session. The teacher explained the topic and the steps very well. The pace was perfect for kids to follow along the activity. Lots of discussions about what else could be done and plenty time to experiment with other components.

Matris Robotic delivered two fantastic Smart Cities – Building a Greener Future workshops at Newham Libraries for Green Libraries Week. The sessions were hands-on, creative and got both children and adults genuinely excited about sustainability and technology. They were really well-structured and encouraged curiosity, collaboration, and family learning. Elnaz was brilliant—professional, patient, and great at adapting the activities to suit different ages, abilities, and group sizes. The whole process, from booking to delivery, was smooth and straightforward. Communication was excellent, with everything clearly explained in advance and Elnaz always responsive and helpful. We’d be delighted to work with Matris Robotic again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for engaging, educational, and inspiring workshops!

Recommended Robotic and Coding lesson
Eli was a great teacher during my almost 6 year old son’s robotics and coding trial class. After just one session, my son was so excited and couldn’t wait for the next class to learn more about robotics and coding. Eli was patient, engaging, and made the class really fun for him. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Afterschool Club for Young Engineers
My son has been attending the robotics afterschool club since he was five and loves it. The programme is fantastic in how it is structured, offering enough guidance alongside free exploration to build genuine joy and confidence in children for robotics and mechanical physics. The teachers are wonderful, kind, approachable, and knowledgeable.

Online AI & Coding for Kids:
Online classes are small sized and private. Students learn how to use AI for making smart systems, through codes, games, cartoons, and animations which they like, in this case, we use the student’s interests for education.
In our hands-on robotics classes, students make their own toys and tools, learn science and mathematics with practical applications. Kids learn robotics step by step: building robots, exploring movement mechanisms, and solving challenges.
Our curriculum uses small, fun, hands-on projects with the Dobot Magician Lite to help students learn algorithms and AI concepts naturally through practice.
Instead of learning only theory, students build, test, and improve real robot behaviors, making learning both enjoyable and meaningful. Each project is designed to be short, engaging, and achievable, allowing students to see results quickly while understanding how algorithms and AI logic work in real life.
STEM workshopsare designed for schools and libraries that want to be pioneers in the new world.
We run hands-on STEM projects such as Smart City, Green Energies, and Automated London Bridge.
Our workshops cover Coding and AI, Electronics, Robotics, 3D Design and STEAM Project Management. They are aligned with the UK’s KS1, KS2, KS3, GCSE and A level DT programmes.
Matris Robotic is a London-based Educational Ecosystem founded by university lecturers and robotics researchers from UCL and University of Kent. We specialise in Robotics, AI, and Coding education (in-person and online) for children aged 5 to 16.
Since 2012, we have been at the forefront of robotics and coding education ecosystem, designing engaging and comprehensive curricula that inspire pupils to explore STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). Our programmes are delivered both in schools and to individual learners (Online and In-person in London), making advanced technology education accessible to all.
Our ecosystem integrates software and hardware, giving students a holistic understanding of how these fields connect and work together.
In Matris Robotic ecosystem, children have fun while building their own robots and games. They learn to design, construct, and experiment with their creations, using play and problem-solving to tackle real-world challenges. This hands-on experience nurtures creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork, helping to shape the next generation of innovators and entrepreneurs.
We blend fun, learning, competition and play making learning both exciting and impactful.
