Inspiring Young Innovators Through Hands-On Tech & Creative Learning | Week in Review

This past week at Matris Robotic, our young learners across the UK and beyond engaged in exciting, hands-on educational experiences that combined creativity, technology, and real-world problem-solving. Here’s a snapshot of what we’ve been up to:

Saturday –AI & Coding Workshop:

Children explored the world of programming through fun and interactive activities designed to build core computational thinking skills.

Monday – Afterschool Workshop & Private online robotics class

In our afterschool session, students worked collaboratively to build a creative, functional toy car using sensors and motors. Meanwhile, in a private robotics class, a student proudly built and programmed a robotic dog, learning how movement and behavior can be controlled through code.

Tuesday – Global Tech Learning Across Borders On Tuesday, we proudly held two separate international online sessions with students joining us from Germany and Turkey. In one session, the focus was on Game Design, where students explored the principles of interactive storytelling and built their own digital games. In the other, we dived into AI & Coding.

Wednesday – Afterschool Class

Students enjoyed collaborative STEM activities, engaging in hands-on projects that boosted their creativity and teamwork skills.

Thursday – Afterschool Workshop & Private Online Coding Class

Students participated in an engaging afterschool workshop focused on collaborative STEM activities. Additionally, a private online coding class was held to deepen individual programming skills.

Upcoming Classes & Workshops

Stay tuned for more exciting STEM and robotics sessions designed to inspire and engage young mind.

Our weekly schedule includes a variety of engaging STEM activities: programming and STEM workshops on Saturdays; afterschool clubs and private STEM classes on Mondays; international private classes on Tuesdays; afterschool clubs on Wednesdays; and on Thursdays, both afterschool clubs and a specialized robotics class in the Balham area.
