What Happened Last Week?

1. Robotics Class:

Students built a helicopter and windmill, learning about mechanical design and how motors work in real-world applications.

2. Design Game Class:

In this session, students created their own maze games using Scratch and arcade . They learned how to use basic coding commands to design the game’s layout and movement.

3. Coding Class (Python):

Students connected two Micro:bits wirelessly, learning to send messages and control devices using Python, which introduced them to wireless communication and IoT concepts.

4. Electronics Class:

In this class, students explored electronic circuits, simulating designs digitally and then building physical circuits, applying what they learned in real-world projects.

Our Students in Action!

We are incredibly grateful to all the families who continue to support their children on this learning journey. At Matris Robotics, we strongly believe that fostering creativity and STEM skills from a young age helps build a brighter, more capable future.

Building the Future, One Robot at a Time

This past week, we had the pleasure of welcoming a group of bright, enthusiastic young learners to our robotics classes. The children took part in a range of exciting, hands-on activities, building their own robots while learning the foundations of engineering, programming, and teamwork.

It was a delight to see their creativity, curiosity, and collaboration in action. The confidence and problem-solving skills they’re developing are laying the groundwork for future innovation — and we couldn’t be prouder!

Half Term Workshops – Join Us!

Next week is Half Term, and we are thrilled to announce a series of engaging robotics workshops for children aged 4–12.

These workshops are a great opportunity for children to continue learning through play, developing both technical skills and confidence in a fun and supportive environment.
